“Stopped into the bar on a “Guy’s Getaway” weekend. Only planned on staying for one drink around noon until the remainder of guys got into town. Well, one drink turned into 11 drinks and although we had to leave for the Eagles at 7:00, we did find our way back at 11:00 for a nightcap. The owner and the staff were absolutely fantastic! Friendly and engaging…and Roddy (owner) even gave us some free bar swag. The food was VERY good and the prices were very affordable. As a “city guy”, this is the type of bar that makes me want to move to Gladwin permanently. If there is a such thing as a perfect bar, this place is it.
