This is the first bad experience I've had at my local bigby. I ordered just a sandwich and when I got to the window I watched the girl making food, prepare her first sandwich for someone dining in with gloves on, and then take the food to the front counter at some point took the gloves off and made my sandwich without new gloves or idk washing her hands!? Hadn't been to this Biggby Coffee but was very impressed with the very friendly and inviting atmosphere. Sky was a total delight chatting with and the Strawberry Cheesecake freeze hit the spot!

I do not like writing negative reviews. We've visited here a couple times and each time think we will give another chance. The two lattes we got were not very hot; one was weak (Spotted Owl) and the other just had no flavor (German special).
