First off, I'm not a regular Bigby customer. I'm awake and moving before you open, usually. I was excited to stop today. The food was great, the service was good enough, if a bit curt. But, if I'm spending nearly $15 on a sandwich and a coffee, I do not need to be shown 4 different ways to tip the drive thru attendant for handing me my food. Once the prices have gotten high enough that there's no value, I'm not tipping for a drive thru interaction. I left feeling rather dirty...read full review
I cant talk highly enough of the Belding location. The lady's are amazing always friendly everytime I stop and always make my frozen location with 3 extra shots on point . I drink alot of caffeine and that helps get me through the day. Ive been to a lot of locations and I gotta say if im working in Belding I always stop in for my coffee.
