First off, I'm not a regular Bigby customer. I'm awake and moving before you open, usually. I was excited to stop today. The food was great, the service was good enough, if a bit curt. But, if I'm spending nearly $15 on a sandwich and a coffee, I do not need to be shown 4 different ways to tip the drive thru attendant for handing me my food. Once the prices have gotten high enough that there's no value, I'm not tipping for a drive thru interaction. I left...
I cant talk highly enough of the Belding location. The lady's are amazing always friendly everytime I stop and always make my frozen location with 3 extra shots on point . I drink alot of caffeine and that helps get me through the day. Ive been to a lot of locations and I gotta say if im working in Belding I always stop in for my coffee. Thank you guys for always being awsome and getting me the coffee boost I need. You guys dont get enough credit for bow great you guys are....
Thank you so much Katelyn at Belding Biggby for the extra encouragement for my interview this morning, for helping me feel more positive for it and for creating a safe space while I prepared my headspace for my day!! This is way above and beyond what I have come to expect from this location and your kindness made my eyes wet. Everytime you’re working I know my horchata is going to taste great too.
