My boyfriend (now fiance) proposed to me right before our dinner here. He had made reservations, and they were so kind and friendly. Our waiter, Edward, was the most kind man, telling us about his 20+ years in the Navy, and how he loves his job. The food was so good, the service was amazing, and I hope we can make this a yearly trip to celebrate our engagement! Thank you, Corner Bistro, for being so kind and welcoming ♥
When shown to our place the lovely chef of the bar informed us that we would be served by a new server on his last day of training and the process could be aided by us giving him a challenge. And who am I defying a direct order? So when we ordered meal, I did so in a proto-Estonian dialect I hardly manage and pretended not to understand his questions to provide the teachable moment requested by his superior.

This place is a gem. I highly recommend the bacon Brie burger, the truffle fires, and the flatbread pizza. The atmosphere is splendid, especially if you get to sit outside, then you can enjoy the small town bliss. The service is also pretty quick.
