2 in our party had the "largest" piece of salmon ever, one had "most lean" slice of prime rib and I had a really tasty meatloaf dinner. Our server "Grumpy Old Lady" goes above and beyond. Steak bite starter with horseradish sauce is amazing. All was outstanding.
Our initial goal was to sit in front of the fireplace. I spoke with someone earlier in the day who said the fireplace would be fired up but failed to tell me there were no tables in front of the fireplace, even though my reservation requested that. I'm very disappointed with the misinformation. The buffet takes up most of the room where it should be a nice experience for customers to sit by a roaring fire. Our waitress did not know English very well and couldn't explain...
There was a Lions game at the same time, so it was pretty noisy in the restaurant. Also, one meal wasn't ready at the same time with the other five, only 10 min later. Other than that, all was good - delicious food, very nice waitress.
