Burgers were not good but we did come in near closing time. My daughter's salad was good. All restaurants and facilities around the Shanty Creek resort are dated regarding atmosphere, but clean.
We got married and had our reservation totally destroyed by the Lakeview Restaurant at Shanty. We decided to hop over to the Nest and we could not have made a better choice. Our server, Jill, was incredibly kind. She worked so hard to make sure that we had a special meal with our family. The food was fantastic. Literally everything on the menu was worth trying and at a great price. I was honestly shocked at the fact that I’ve lived in Bellaire for years and have never been here....
Start to finish it was great. We made a phone call to pre order a pizza for the kids before we arrived. Angie our waitress treated us like we were family. Clean, wonderful food and the staff were so so nice.
We went at night and didn’t realize there is a circle drive to drop people off closer to the door if needed.
Kind of sad we bought lunch groceries before we got to our rental because we would have just gone there each day.
