We picked up food day the day of the event with ease, including stainless steel chafing tray rentals perfect for our buffet. All the food reheated perfectly and remained tender/juicy (including chicken breasts, sausage and pasta). The cannoli’s were outstanding! Everything was delicious - We will definitely be booking Vassel’s again for our future events.
