Special shoutout to Michael Theys who made us feel so cared for at our tasting and was on site day of making sure everything was perfect. He even delivered our late night snack out to us on the dancefloor -- above and beyond service! :) The food was absolutely delicious, and the presentation was beautiful. “I have used Kevin & his team for my VIP room at Mustang Alley in Ferndale for the Dream Cruise for the last 6 years and they are by far the best caterer around! They give me a huge menu of options and everything I've chosen has been fabulous! Unlike most caterers - he has a staff that stays on-site and serves fresh for the 4 hours we serve lunch. They also give my guests options if they want something made in a different way. They are very professional, prompt and even help us clean up and take out all the garbage! I would highly recommend them!“

“Yo! Hero or villain? New landmark "HQ" location located inside the same building as Ferndale's treat dreams. Honestly the whole vibe is dope and they have a great selection of sandwiches. I came for meillie(another new location) but honestly there's some great synergy of them being next to each other as you can easily get a snack (or side of fries) right next door. Service was great, friendly greetings and warm smiles all around.“
“I never write reviews but felt I needed to this time. I have used Jackson's Five Star Catering twice in the last year (both for repasts) and they were great. A family friend suggested them and I am glad they did. From the initial phone call to the day after the event, they are courteous, helpful and a pleasure to work with.Mr. Welch, the office manager, helped set everything up for me and what could easily be a difficult task for most, was accomplished quickly.The food was delicious. The servers (Carrol and Vernard, Sr.) who did both occasions were on time, had everything set up nicely, and were extremely helpful during dinner.All of the people at J5SC are professional, know what they are doing, and make everything run flawlessly.This review is long overdue, but I hope it helps the next person in their catering decision for any occasion. “I placed an online order. The food was ready when I arrived. I got a steak bowl, a chicken and steak bowl, a banana bread pudding cup and a strawberry banana bread pudding cup. I personally ate the chicken and steak bowl and the strawberry banana bread bowl. The bowl was pretty decent. Good amount of meat, I smelled thw onions more than I saw them. I had my Hummus and garlic sauce on the side (a bit salty but piar with food and some lettuce and it will be ok). I would have the bowl again. Do not EVER get the strawberry banana bread pudding up. They put whip cream in the cup with a banana bread muffin. Some strawberry syrup and banana jello pudding mix. If it was truly that.
