Due to Covid, our wedding was put together in 3 months. CJ’s handled everything beautifully. Set up, clean up, making sure food was restocked, they were marvelous. I would be happy to use them again. From the start, they were so involved and helpful, which made everything feel easy and stress-free. The staff was amazing—friendly, professional, and on top of everything all night. And the food was incredible. Months later, people are still talking about how good the food was, which says everything. Chef Matt was so nice and got along with our guests at the wedding, even giving out some of his delicious salad dressing! “We tried the Detroit Pepper Company tonight, first time! We went with the Detroit Stuffed Pepper, beef with parmesan cheese. Very good taste, and huge. We also ordered the Vegan Stuffed Pepper, but we will have to try it tomorrow for lunch...too full from the Detroit Stuffed Pepper! We also tried the lentil bean soup, very nice. And my wife enjoyed the Mango Tastic smoothie:-) We're happy to learn about the Detroit Pepper Company, and we'll be back. Highly recommended. “First time customers (7/12/2025). We needed to find a new BBQ place to satisfy our taste buds since SHEETZ is taking over 12 & Mound. WE FOUND IT. Ordered the Judges' sampler to try their variety. Ribs, Brisket, Pulled Pork, Chicken, Baked Beans and Hush Puppies are ALL EXCELLENT. The Coleslaw could have been a bit creamer, but we didn't come here for veggies or salad. Loved their sauces as well. We will definitely be back and bringing friends.“

Every place we called was booked (understandably so.) Sweetest Gourmet was able to accommodate us and not only that, they went above and beyond anything we could have imagined.
