I have used Kevin & his team for my VIP room at Mustang Alley in Ferndale for the Dream Cruise for the last 6 years and they are by far the best caterer around! They give me a huge menu of options and everything I've chosen has been fabulous! Unlike most caterers - he has a staff that stays on-site and serves fresh for the 4 hours we serve lunch. I owned and operated Hiller's Supermarkets for 3 decades. I know food and service in an intimate way. Kevin and his team at Quarton Catering are the finest caterers I have ever worked with. The food was superb, the service and bar tending perfect and the clean up better than I ever could have imagined. If there was a 10 star rating they deserve it and... the price was remarkably reasonable. Absolutely the best !!!
