Taco Bell in Belleville

“I visit several tacobell locations regularly. This is one of the best and my personal favorite! They have the breakfast menu, and as of this posting are not relying on the ai/robot in the drive through! It's so nice to have human customer service! Also the staff are always friendly, they always get my order right and make the food well. The location is also conveniently located near the highway so I can easily grab my food and get where I'm going. Highly recommended.“

“I typically go through the drive-through but today we decided to go inside. When we walked in, there was an upset customer complaining to the manager about his order being incorrect. The customer was very agitated, but the manager kept his cool and offered multiple resolution. I was surprised at the manager’s ability to calm the customer down who ended up leaving happy. I complemented the manager when our food was ready on his professionalism, and he explained that he was the district manager. I normally don’t think to leave reviews, but he went above and beyond“
