“Extremely happy with the customer service! I had a 10 minute wait or so, but was immediately communicated with as they were getting crushed with door dash and individual online pick up orders ahead of mine, that I witnessed myself with all the traffic in the lobby. The fact they let me know that professionally and honestly gave me a chance to check some emails and conduct other business. Then I needed a side of tomatoes for my quesidillas. Tried to pay for but they insisted no need because of the wait and even offered a drink to go. Didnt need the drink so I turned it down. The 50 cents they loss on my tomatoes versus the incredible customer service will keep them profitable 100 percent. I have never had an issue with the food there either. Even if it sucked tonight I would still go back in a second. For me at least, service and friendliness is always above all all else.“
“The food here is always pretty good, but I was bummed when it appeared that I had to place my order at the drive-through speaker by speaking to a generative AI model. Half the reason I go somewhere on my lunch break is to go touch grass, so why take the person out of the experience?“
“I drive 15 minutes out of my way past two other Taco Bells to go here. This place always is generous with the sauce. They are always friendly and helpful. Always quick and well trained on the equipment and orders.
The two that I drive past and go 15 minutes further to get here?..... not so much.“
