I mentioned it to the associate, and they immediately and kindly suggested that I simply save it for another day and that they would take care of it this time.
It was such a quick, thoughtful, and efficient response that prevented both me and the staff from having to wait any longer. I truly appreciated the kindness and professionalism shown in that moment. I left extremely pleased with the service and the way the situation was handled.

“I got two flat bread chicken quesadillas and the sauce wasn’t on. Called up there for a replacement I believe I spoke to the manager super professional nice kind. Came right back to get my order fixed because I’m just craving the sauce on the item. This pregnant mama was satisfied with the remake plus ordering more food ! FOOD WAS GREAT !!!
