“I typically go through the drive-through but today we decided to go inside. When we walked in, there was an upset customer complaining to the manager about his order being incorrect. The customer was very agitated, but the manager kept his cool and offered multiple resolution. I was surprised at the manager’s ability to calm the customer down who ended up leaving happy. I complemented the manager when our food was ready on his professionalism, and he explained that he was the district manager. I normally don’t think to leave reviews, but he went above and beyond“
“The food was fantastic, they really piled on the toppings for our tacos and nachos, unlike other Taco Bells I've been to where they do just the minimum. The guy in the drive-thru was super friendly, and I really enjoyed his playful banter. The receipt says his name was Danny W. Thank you Danny!“
