Terrible
Actually the worst service I have ever received. I waited in line at a drive through for over 30 minutes. I could have cranked out orders working by myself... absolutely horrible.
I would never eat at this location again and I highly recommend, no one else eats here either. The manager seems to be extremely cheap. Serving old and expired food. My order had hard tacos in there that looked like they were made two hours ago. The cheese sauce taste is spoiled as soon as I unwrapped. My chalupa, I smelled the rotten tomatoes. Taco Bell staff are polite and working diligently. However, there are very few employees in the kitchen, only three people handling a large volume of orders. The rush makes the food lack luster and sometimes has extra mild sauce, as one customer got 16 sauces for two soft tacos. The store can be messy and the drive‑through was closed even though it was an option on the app, forcing customers inside. A new manager is very nice and respectful, quickly solving problems. The fast service is uneven, with one employee moving very fast while others are slower.
