Served me despite my stopping by an hour early. Even though I had just ate and wasn't hungry I couldn't help myself but get their smothered porkchops with two sides of Mac and cheese with cornbread. Despite wanting to save it for later I still made a huge dent in it. The porkchops are tender with an unbelievable gravy. Mac and cheese is exactly what you want alongside such a savory porkchop and gravy. And the cornbread is exactly the sweet you want as a palette cleanser....
Tried this food truck at the apple festival tonight and was possibly the best burger I have ever had. Perfectly toasted bun, huge onion rings and the perfect amount of ratio for everything! I will definitely be finding them again!
Having the privilege of trying Diana’s kitchen who’s been serving soul food in Buchanan Michigan Mondays this summer I would rate the flavor, verity, and a service a 10/10 ! The Mac and cheese and chicken and fry’s were cooked perfect (falling off the bone) if you get the chance check them out ??
