Horrible service for the third time in a row. This time takes the cake. Place an order at 5:08, says eta was 5:19-5:29. Get there at 5:30 and the girl comes to the window on her personal cell phone and we had to repeat the name twice because she couldn’t put down the phone. Says, sorry we got slammed, it will be another 15 min. Wait until 5:47 to pull back up.
