We went through the drive-thru, and they forgot one of our burgers. When we got home, we called them back to let them know, and the worker immediately said, “No, we put it in your bag.” We told him no, they didn’t, and that we could bring back our food and receipt to show proof.

The current manager of this place should be replaced if he is my boss I will quit right there and then,. He is the most rudest confrontational person I encountered in service industry. He should go try manage untamed wild animals in the jungle.
He wouldn't serve customer that wouldn't use the kiosk.

I just went to the Benzonia McDonald's, a place I frequent at least 4 to 6 times a week, always the exact same order! LG iced Carmel coffee w/ Xtra Carmel flavor and cream. Sometimes add 2 burritos and a LG regular coffee with 4 and 4.
