“I drive by here every week day for the last 5 years, today stopped by for the first time this morning. The bagels are so soft and delicious! You can taste how fresh they are. They have a few flavors of cream cheese to pick from as well. I'm so mad that I waited so long to try this place!!“

I was telling the worker that aside from their bagels and bagel sandwiches, they have so many other fantastic items on the menu. I cannot wait to come by and try! Overall amazing establishment and I will absolutely return here for more bagels.“

“Tasty turkey is similar to before COVID. NovaLox has lost what made it special: they took the smoked salmon off, so this is a bagel with cream cheese, onions and crepes.
Other than this: this is a normal Einstein pre-COVID experience.
The service was polite but also a bit slow and they only had one person up front at first.“

“This location is located inside the gas station and is very convenient if you want to grab a quick sandwich with coffee to go. I had an Asiago bagel with cream cheese for 7 bucks. 5 Stars for the girl working at the counter as she was very polite and helpful.“

“The food? Amazing. I have always loved Einstein bagels. However, I have to say, the young woman working the order register needs to improve her customer service skills. When I walked in, she was chatting with another young woman who was working there. As I approached the register, she turned her back on me rather than greet me. When she turned around she still said nothing to me. When the manager asked her why she was having a conversation instead of assisting me, she said,"she's looking at the menu!" I was looking at the menu because she was obviously too busy to ask me if I needed assistance.“

It wasn't busy and they had everything ready to go quickly for me. They were very polite and fast. The pricing is also very reasonable. My customers really enjoyed their bagels!“
