Came in today with 4 items ordered.

A turtle sundae, a hand dipped banana split, a cookie dough freeze, and a hot fudge sundae.

The turtle sundae was missing nuts. Literally just came with ice cream and chocolate and caramel.

The hand dipped banana split required instructions because how is it even a question that the worker asks the customer what comes on that and what kind of ice cream? To make it even worse, I wasn’t given a lid for it, and to my biggest surprise, there was no banana on it. Strawberry ice cream was also just vanilla with strawberry topping on it.

The cookie dough freeze wasn’t mixed, literally just soft serve topped with cookie dough. Might be the worst offense of the trip.

The hot fudge is not what I’d consider “fudge” either. It’s hot chocolate sauce.

Their soft serve might be the softest soft serve I’ve ever seen, the second it hits outside air, it starts leaking and melting.

I opted for here instead of my usual spots for ice cream because it’s closer to me, and also I figured the line would be smaller. I guess it makes sense as to why the line is smaller, because the ice cream and service is a subpar product.

$32 for incomplete sundaes is absolutely unacceptable. I’m not one to complain, but I felt fully just with this review.

Keep the younger girls working there ONLY. They are always friendly happy and pleasant. The old woman that works there sometimes is an awful person. Gets orders wrong and is mean and nasty to children. Always has a scowl on her face.

The hand dipped ice cream is awesome. I come from Detroit just to get it.

I didn't get a chance to try their ice cream because their customer service was horrible. I was browsing their flavors trying to decide. The woman came to the window asked if I was ready, I said no I needed a moment. FYI I was the only one there and no other patrons were waiting. The only menu I seen was right at their window. She came back and said are you ready. I again said no and began to ask a question but she literally huffed shut the window and rolled her eyes. Now why would I want to buy anything from you. I can understand if you had customers or other people wanted to see the menu but I was the only one there.

overpriced for a small little ice cream shop. usually when ordering soft serve, shops put LOTS of ice cream on the cone, which is why i ordered a size small twist on a cone with no toppings. first of all, it was $4.12 which is the most expensive soft serve cone with no toppings i've ever purchased. second of all, there was not a lot of ice cream on the cone. the price wasn't worth sizing up for more ice cream. in this economy, $4.12 is ridiculous for such a simple order. i can afford it, but my point is that it should not have been that pricey in the first place. it tasted good, hence the 3 stars, but i will not be returning.

Just grabbed a vanilla cone and 3 kids cups of vanilla. I thought I was going crazy because it tasted like whipped cream , my kids then started to say it tasted like whipped cream as well. I went back for a replacement they mentioned they just changed the machine but once again the vanilla tasted like whipped cream. I think they forgot to put the vanilla flavoring in this batch. So be careful and taste your ice cream before you leave.

Googled an Ice Cream shop this popped up so we went to it

Yeah no didn’t get the order right and didn’t bother to correct it when she handed me the ice cream I pointed to the pic like we did when we ordered it because we didn’t know the name of the flavor I thought that was obvious. Blue on top of white brown. They just made both scoops white brown. Lmao ok!

Not coming back

A line here means nothing more than the secret is out. They can fill a dozen orders before that other place can fill 4. It doesn't get better than this.

Stumbled across this ice cream place by accident when waiting for a table at a restaurant down the road. So glad we tried it! I LOVED LOVED the German chocolate ice cream, it was perfectly smooth and not overly sweet. My boyfriend really liked the classic twist cone, too. Service was some of the friendliest ever and they have a drive through! Highly recommend this place!!!!
