Have never been to a Biggby Coffee before today. We are in town from San Antonio. We just wanted coffee after dinner in Berkley. Not sure about other comments regarding minorities being treated poorly, but my wife and daughter are mixed race and I’m white. None of us were treated very well by the black woman behind the counter but I’m not prepared to jump to the conclusion that race played a part in that. Great place to get some coffee or non caffeinated drinks! Spacious interior. Lots of seatings. Service is quick and friendly. Our chai latte was great and extra hot as ordered. Overall nice experience and will be coming back to this location with a pleasure

Right of the start, I have to say that I definitely prefer BiggBy coffe than any other brand coffee shop.For one, they are a local, Michigan company. Also, in my opinion the coffee and most of the specialty drinks taste better than the rest of the field.It is not as crowded and the wait for service is not as long as at Starbucks, for example.I like this particular location too.
