Ordered a maple french roach speciality breakfast sandwich and my sandwich did not come with cream cheese. That is my favorite and what I believe to be the best part. Sandwich was still good, however it would have been hitting with all the proper ingredients.
Also was not treated by any employees like I usually am, maybe it was just an off day for everyone.
Still would recommend to others. Bagels are decent, price is more expense than others.

First time coming to an Einstein Brothers bagels and was not disappointed I got the new biscuit n gravy sausage sandwich and a blueberry muffin. My sandwich was made perfectly. Would order again .

Ordered my bagel at the counter and the gentleman that took my order and took my money, proceeded to make my bagel with the same dirty gloves that he had on that he just took my money with. I politely asked him to please change his gloves which he changed one and left his other hand bare and proceeded to make my food not very sanitary. Let’s get with it and wear some clean gloves. Disgusting.

The wait for in-person orders at this location is completely unreasonable. Unless you want to waste your time and wait around forever, I strongly recommend placing your order online. They definitely seem to prioritize those.
Due to ordering online, I cant attest to the in-person ordering experience; however, I can say when I arrived to retrieve my online order, my sandwich was still nice and warm. 20-25 minutes between me ordering and me picking up my food.
This was my first time trying Einstein Bro’s. I ordered the Maplehouse Egg sandwich and a Twice Baked Hashbrown. Both were REALLY good! I’ll definitely be a returning customer.

We get the multigrain rolls for my husband's sandwiches here. THE BEST BAGELS. And we can call in an order the day before so we know we can pick up 2 dozen. Very friendly place!
Update 2-5-2025: it's been getting very difficult to place an order by phone. I'm at work the whole time they're open. I'll try again tomorrow at 6, which may be my only hope of getting through if they're just too busy to pick up the rest of the day.
