Pricey for poor quality. Chicken looked blackened but had no flavor. They were out of many items and despite the server stating they had “baked 300 loaves of pita bread” there was none available for the sandwiches that were ordered. Sat outside where dogs are allowed in dining area and there was one that kept barking loudly. The server was friendly but seemed stretched too far.

We visited Sunday afternoon. The food was really delicious. Big thumbs up for the meat loaf. Nice big portions. Fresh tasting from scratch with a little something extra. Our waitress was really great and sweet.

It was clear in the reservation it was for a birthday and it was not even recognized nor was anything offered. For the price, the chicken dish should have had 2 breasts.

We made reservations for 6:30 and were seated on time even though they were very busy. Mitch's pita bread and dip was fantastic! We both ordered fish & chips and the food came out promptly and was outstanding! The wait staff wasgreat-came by to refill our water twice without having to ask. The food seems reasonably priced and we will be back to try their interesting menu (need to get back on a “meat” day during lent).

We like the restaurant. Fish and chips were good, but fries were very soggy. (Fish was pretty good and breading fairly crispy) The vegetables just tasted boiled (Parmesean sprouts and roasted broccoli). Had to send back the brisket sandwich because the bread was 100% not toasted and kinda soggy, and the sandwich did not have the apple sauerkraut or Russian dressing on it. Brisket tasted like it had 0 seasoning. The replacement sandwich came out much better!

I have always had great food at Republica, last night was not an exception. Brought family with me who had never been and they loved it as well! Baked Brie appetizer and shrimp app were delicious. My ribs were great, sauce was thick and flavorful with just the right amount of zip and tang. The burgers, beef and lamb, others had looked wonderful and were reported to be outstanding. We were stuffed, but had to split a piece of the day's homemade dessert, lemon cake with cream cheese frosting. I am so glad we did. It was lemony, moist, dense, and the frosting was a perfect compliment to the lemony cake itself. The service was welcoming, attentive, knowledgeable and pleasant. 10 out of 10 for certain.

We had a quiet lunch to celebrate a birthday. Sat in the hockey table. Food was yummy and server was great! We will be back!!

From the moment we walked in the door, we felt valued. They were not quite ready for us and said we could wait a minute at the bar. Our server came over and greeted us and told us she would take care of us. Another server came to the bar and asked if she could get us something to drink... even though she was busy serving her customers. We ordered drinks and our server Kate came back and made my drink personally.. it was another 10 minutes or so till we were seated, but as busy as they were, we were never ignored. The food was absolutely as wonderful as the service as well.. amazing all around. Thank you Kate and the other lovely server who's name I forgot..
