Two couples met for a night out. We were not disappointed; the food was delicious, the handcrafted cocktails were exceptional, and the service was spot on. The prices were a bit high, but no worries, "you get what you pay for". It was worth it!

I always think, if they can get this right, the rest is probably great too. But it wasn't all great: Fish was almost perfecr, fresh, fried perfectly. The fries, the toal opposite. Standard size, probably frozen. They were not made from scratch. Leaves a mixed feeling. Host/Waitress: Outstanding!

The Food and Service are absolutely the reason to visit Republica. Prices inline with current signature chef offerings. A bit noisy due to its small footprint, but easily tolerable. And, oh by the way, the bar tender is an absolute Pro. She knows how to make a vintage mixed drink (shaken and/or stirred.)

We enjoy coming here for beer and apps. They have my absolute favorite breadsticks and dip. They have a nice patio. The service is always on time and friendly. We think the food is overpriced though. I understand and appreciate using local ingredients but still most of it seems overpriced for what you’re getting. We wish the fries were not so dry!
