I keep returning to The Rind, which always features a few interesting and always delicious dishes. I order vegetarian wherever I go and The Rind never disappoints. The last dish I had was a morel-asparagus combination with a butter-based sauce and herbs. I've had the polenta for lunch and that, too, was really solid. The vibe is casual and the service is great. If you visit, keep in mind that you're getting a smaller portion than you might be used to. Nothing is overdone...
Well curated dining experience with a major props and hats off to Nicole who was our server ( I think I got her name correct, I am sorry if I did not) and Chloe behind the counter. The entire staff was impeccable, community amazing, and varieties of gourmet food out of this world. Cannot wait to go back! Well done, quite the gem.
