Was seated for dinner tonight and never served. Several servers looked our direction but never came over. Got up and left after the last server approached the table that arrived after us.
Where do I even begin? The second we walked in the door, everyone was so wonderful! We took our twins out to celebrate their second birthday! Our waiter Nicholas was so kind and patient! He made sure our babies food was put in quickly and came out hot and fresh. I am quite surprised how bad the burgers are now. I've been here several times, and the original burgers were great. Both me and my friend ordered burgers. First, you cannot request how you want it cooked. The patty is 4 ounces, about 16th of an inch wide and well done about 3 times. You basically cannot taste the burger it's so dry. The food was cold too. The fries were good though. Unfortunately, I will never recommend or come back to this restaurant.
