Good food and coffee, but slow and restaurant feels cluttered, dark, and a bit grimy.

Ex. Getting in and out is difficult because entrance is half blocked by a large table full condiments and silverware.

Cozy and local but could use some serious refreshing to clean up and improve efficiency.

my favorite place to go since i was a kid. always such a diverse, comfortable place to go. my daughter loves it too. the beat coffee in northern michigan, top tier service, friendly faces, compassionate employees, and overall safe for all groups of people. i’m not the biggest tipper because i rarely have much to spend, but my biggest tips will ALWAYS go to ursa major. if you’re near benzie county, love coffee and/or incredible and unique food, this is the place...
