First visit. Very good bowl with beef. Server did a very good job and made good selection. Manager could have helped fill orders but stood around talking to other employees. Atmosphere? Clean but blah.
The food was the best part. We have a Q by us that always has dry, undercooked rice and gives tiny portions.. But this place had fluffy, perfect rice - yay! Portions were as expected. All the food was fresh and yummy. The people working seemed tired and a little antisocial, absolutely no energy. It was empty at 6:30pm, which seemed weird. But they must have been slammed earlier because the tables were a huge mess. We ate in our car. But if I had to rate a restaurant - having...
