The staff members exhibited unprofessional behavior, and there appeared to be a lack of effective leadership. The establishment seemed to be managed by inexperienced individuals.
My order was messed up. It was prepared incorrectly and absolutely disgusting (brown mushy lettuce)!! When I called to get it corrected the DQ employees were rude and not even so much as an apology. When I called to talk to the restaurant manager or franchise owner to let them know what had been my experience, I was again blown off. They do not care.
