Horrible service. Waited 15-20 min for our order. We weren’t the only ones waiting an extended period of time either. Will not be returning. Disappointing because my husband loves Halo. (He grew up in MI.)
I stopped at Halo Burger Birch Run after about 20 years. It is not the Bill Thomas Halo Burger I remember. The Supreme with the works was just piled together and almost impossible to eat. The fries were cold and ketchup servers were empty. The tables were not very clean, as was the dining room in general. I won't be stopping again.
Don't get me wrong, I have been eating at Halo Burger for many years, but it's just not as good as it used to be. It's still a good burger and fries but you can get a good burger and fries a lot of places.
