“So we calorie splurged on a Big Ole Applebee's burger and switched up to waffle fries (for a nominal fee), and got 5 and a half waffle fries on the plate... not at all what we expected for an upcharge side. Our server agreed that was 'kinda skimpy' and said she would 'go yell at him for us'... We never saw a manager to flag down, which is unusual at Applebees, and will probably go to a different Applebees next time. We do like menu and the food, but there's an Applebees at every exit!“

Some of the best filet mignon I have had in a while, and the presentation - my oh my. Everything was delicious. Enjoy the side of "magic", applause, applause. I do however believe the staff does what they please and do not fear any consequence of their actions due to this not being the first time👎🏻 Sad thing, I really like their food and menu but what terrible employees or policies from owners. This is now the 2nd time that we try and order over the phone and basically cant. Previously they said they weren't taking orders so we did it online and they messed it up 2x. Tonight at 5:40pm I called to place an order and the younger girl after taking 3 phone calls to answer, said that they just sat 2 large tables and its going to be a while. Told me it would be 1 hour and 45 minutes because the people in the restaurant take priority and i said, even though our money all spends the same? She said yeah because they are here? So if to go orders come in they get pushed? This is insane. Why do take out? I have NEVER, EVER had someone say that. They missed out on a $100+ order from a large family because not all customers are treated equal. This unfortunately will be the last time we give them business :( Great food, terrible customer service/policies.“

“Waitress was very nice and fast. Restaurant was clean and pleasant. The only reason I'm not giving five stars is cause we got the buffet and the pancakes were hard from being on the warmer for such a long time. When someone came to add more pancakes they didn't take the hard ones away just put new ones on top.

Kid-friendliness: Brought out a highchair and moved us to a corner booth which was very appreciated when juggling two toddlers and a baby“

“Whether it's breakfast or dinner we've not had a bad meal. My husband isn't a breakfast food type of person so he is glad to be able to order anything at any time. We always have great service. I used to think my dad was the biggest John Wayne fan but the collection on the walls shows someone is/was a bigger fan than my dad.“

“Our Easter meal started out great. Our server started out getting everything we ordered to the table promptly, and checking back to see if anything else was needed. She later came back to ask about containers, and dessert. She returned with multi containers, & dessert at the same time. This jammed up the whole table, as we struggled to package everything, while our ice cream sat melting. We felt like we were being rushed out the door. We have never experienced this before. “I went there with my son today and while we were eating he said to me he was thirsty so I ordered us a few sodas and the owner of the restaurant came to our table and had gotten him a cocomo slushie with boba. He was so excited and it was so thoughtful of him to do that. What a great experience.“
