The food was good. The menu needs a refresh. Our server was great. However the hostess is so rude and curt. Every-time I’ve been here she’s at the front and her demeanor has never changed. Clearly hates her job. The chain “divider” is tacky as hell. What’s the purpose of it?
All I can say is yum! A friend recommended Bella Piatti to me when I was traveling to Birmingham for work and I’m so happy that he did! The restaurant was crowded and I was by myself so I took a seat at the bar. I was immediately greeted by Krissy, the bartender, and she helped me navigate the menu. I tried multiple appetizers - burrata, tiger shrimp and the gnocchi bolognese…everything was amazing! I ended the evening with the bread pudding…wow! Everyone at the restaurant,...

The food was absolutely delicious, every dish was perfectly prepared; the drinks and wine were excellent, and the service was outstanding—warm, professional, and attentive throughout the entire evening.
