Had a one o'clock Mother's Day reservation and were not seated until after one thirty. Service was slow with no offer to reduce the bill.
July 28th 2026. We had brunch and it was very good. Service was excellent.
We had a wonderful dining experience at Rugby Grille a few weeks ago. The food was good, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the service truly stood out. Flora was our waitress, and she was fantastic! She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. She checked on us regularly, anticipated our needs, and helped make our lunch especially enjoyable. The service is attentive, with Usama being noted as an exceptional waiter who tailors drinks to guests' tastes and makes them feel special. While the decor could use an upgrade, the attractive room provides a nice, quiet lunch spot.
