Fresh and healthy choices. Love the Carlos Detox smoothie with almond butter. Great pick-me-up at any point in the day. Attentive staff. Ease of ordering and pickup using the app. Good rewards program.
I order take-out when I am in office. The last FOUR times my order has been missing either the grilled cheese or the salad or the salad dressing. It's a bit ridiculous at this point. The food is fine, but if you go the Birmingham location, I highly suggest you double check your order before leaving because there doesn't seem to be any attention to detail.
Everything I have had there is really good. The only bad thing is during busy times you might have to wait longer than usual as they are making orders for in store, online, and their app.
