California Roll Sushi is a small, no-frills spot in a strip mall, mostly for takeout with just one dine-in table. It has a traditional walk-up style. The food is spectacular, amazing, fresh, organic, and delicious. Items like the Spicy California Roll, Caterpillar Roll, tempura cali roll, smoked salmon roll, salmon sashimi, salmon poke bowl, ramen, crab ragoon, and seaweed salad are all noted as very good. The rolls are cold, fresh, and well made, with spicy mayo that has a wonderful kick. The salmon sashimi is similar to Japan. Ingredients are fresh, and the service is excellent and welcoming. The owner takes pride in quality and has a very large business delivery. It is definitely worth it and a place to come back to.
