The atmosphere is amazing; your eyes will wander around to try to see everything. The food was delicious; we had brunch. The service was poor; it took over 15 minutes for someone to bring us water and take our drink order. Our server was very slow (not the same person who took our drink order); we had to ask another server to get her for us so we could ask questions about our bill.
We had a wonderful lunch at the hotel restaurant Madam. Our waiter Pratik was amazingly helpful in recommending what to get, very professional and polite. The food was hot and delicious. I recommend this restaurant.
We always love coming to Madam! The atmosphere, ambiance, and views of downtown Birmingham are beautiful.
