My birthday was a bust having my party here the DJ only catered to one group of people he didn't have to have rap music but for sure hip hop would have been nice there are a lot of culture based music that fits any race but he only played Katy Perry and Nicky mouse music pissed is a understatement not a birthday club just drinks after dinner and I had 40 peooole coming had to find sonewgere else to celebrate . African Americans go where your money is appreciated.

My wife and I had our drinks spiked at this club. After just one drink, I became violently ill, spent the entire night vomiting, unable to get up, and had one of the worst hangovers of my life the next day, with memory loss from night before. I’m filing a report with Birmingham Police. Please be extremely cautious at this establishment.

This place is amazing. Beautiful, cozy, good drinks, and outstanding music. DJ Eros did a great job with his birthday bash music. The drinks are a bit pricy, but I definitely recommend if you have a birthday or a special occasion.

I forgot my debit card on a Saturday night and I called 220 Merrill next day and they said that I have to wait until Friday to get my card back, then my card was charged after three days by 220 Merrill I called again they said again I have to wait till weekend days to get it, I went the next Saturday night and spoke to the manager ( David ) and he was so rode, aggressive and racist he said we don’t have your card, I asked the waitress she Said she gave it to him but he was so aggressive to me and started yelling at me and told me I told you maybe it’s in the trash and I don’t care what you ur saying!

A special day. A special night. Couldn't be better. Arranged by our son and daughter. The waiter did everything, except eat our food. The wines were a delight and the steak and salmon were prepared with artistry. He guided us with each entre and the salad was shared by us with dressing aside. Wine, was by the glass and was both red and white and light, semidry and elegant. Our perfect dinner ended the perfect evening. Thank you 220 Merrill for a wonderful 50th.

The upstairs and downstairs bars are great, the staff are spectacular, and the drinks are reasonably priced with a nice selection. The cover fee for downstairs is kinda steep though & the dance floor is small.

Rushed experience. We started off great, and the appetizers were pretty good. Sadly, halfway through the starters the mains showed up… the server had no concept of pacing the experience or customer service. I guess it was thoughtful to offer to take our mains back to the kitchen to keep them warm… LOL. $39 branzino under the warmer for 15 mins would have made the brussel sprouts even more dry… Also, burger and fries were well over salted. It’s too bad, because this place used to be awesome. I highly recommend going somewhere else
