We love this place because it’s nearly impossible to have a bad meal here. We visited last night around 8:15 with a party of three, and the restaurant wasn’t very busy.

After our appetizers, our table needed to be cleared, but the plates sat there for quite a while. A busser was nearby leaning against the wall on his phone, and although I motioned toward the table, nothing happened. To be fair, I’m not sure he saw me, but it was noticeable given that the...

The food at Salvatore Scallopini was very good and definitely enjoyable. Unfortunately, the service didn’t quite match the quality of the meal. Our waitress was lacking in attentiveness and wasn’t very engaging, which took away from the overall experience. With warmer, more present service, it would have been a much better visit.
