This was our first time at Sal’s Birmingham, and we will definitely be back! It was a wonderful experience from start to finish — excellent food, impeccable service, and such a pleasant atmosphere.

I haven’t been in sals since 2008. First wanted to come here to say that our waiter for September 21st dinner service, Carter, was awesome! My family and I enjoyed his recommendations and he was friendly, outgoing and attentive. That was our first impression. Then the garlic bread was to die for. Minestrone, excellent. Our entrees were also delicious! I can’t believe we waited this long to go back.

I have lived walking distance from this spot for two years. Finally popped in yesterday for the clams with pasta, garlic, and white sauce. Oh my wow!! Came back today after dreaming about it. Garlic bread on point and super kind staff. I will be back!
