When considering all factors I rate this place a solid 4 stars. The customer service we received was great! Wait times, water refill, and overall approach was stellar. The atmosphere is about cookie cutter as any Thai place. The food portions were large and tasty. I’d say the taste are more generic and will attract a bigger audience. The BEST Thai in Metro Detroit. Parking can be a pain, go to the structure behind. Meat is cooked fresh, not added at end and cooked hours ago. Pad Thai, Rice, drunken noodle, pad Pak-Prik, Pad see-ew all must haves. . everything is so good. Lunch soup terrific. Nothing better than Sy Thai!

We ordered the Yum Ka Lum Pee with chicken, but the chicken appeared to be boiled in water with the cabbage. Additionally, the Pad Thai was overly sweet and the chicken was bland and lacked flavor.
Overall, it was a disappointing dining experience.
