“I’ve went in there a few times now and they do not disappoint! We’ve tried the cheesecake, banana pudding, 3 different cupcakes, and the peach cobbler and all of them tasted sooo good! The free cake tasting was so much fun—we got to try several different cake, filling, and frosting options, and Mary was very informative and helpful throughout the process. “I stopped here for some last minute deserts for a small get together and couldn’t be more pleased! The workers were incredibly kind and patient with me while I decided what to get, and the overall selection was great. I ended up getting a half a dozen cupcakes of various flavors and they were a hit! My favorite was definitely the carrot. It was one of the most moist and flavorful cakes i’ve ever had, and the garnishing of the candied carrot and walnut really elevated it. I will definitely be back for more!“

“Cold Stone is great, but this particular location is on a different level. The owner Todd has gone above and beyond for me on multiple occasions. The staff is friendly, and even the younger staff members have excellent customer service skills. There’s a young woman manager there, Olivia I believe, she does a fantastic job as well. Very helpful and polite.

There are closer locations to me, but I go out of my way to this one because the customer service and quality are just that much better. Not to mention they do a fantastic job on the custom cakes! 10/10 - absolutely the best.“

“I was really Bumbed out when I went in on Sunday@,Aug 18th on National Ice Cream Pie Day and they had NO ice cream Pies ready and said it would take 15 min to make and then it has to Freeze. When i explained to Julianna (the Manager) that I needed a pie for my "Celebrate Everyday with Amazing Kay" Podcast and I could not wait hours...she agreed to make me a pie right then but said it wouldn't be frozen.
