“I’ve went in there a few times now and they do not disappoint! We’ve tried the cheesecake, banana pudding, 3 different cupcakes, and the peach cobbler and all of them tasted sooo good! On top of that customer service is absolutely amazing…. They have played with my daughter, gave her a band aid, and actual listen and talk to her when I bring her in… and that’s a HUGE win for me! They were beautiful and delicious, and everything was under $40. I will be back to try the other items, including the ice cream and other flavors!“

“Cold Stone is great, but this particular location is on a different level. The owner Todd has gone above and beyond for me on multiple occasions. The staff is friendly, and even the younger staff members have excellent customer service skills. There’s a young woman manager there, Olivia I believe, she does a fantastic job as well. Very helpful and polite.

There are closer locations to me, but I go out of my way to this one because the customer service and quality are just that much better. Not to mention they do a fantastic job on the custom cakes! 10/10 - absolutely the best.“

“I’ve been buying tortes here since my daughter’s first birthday. She just turned 29. The tortes are not only delicious, but beautiful. I’ve them custom decorate for several of her birthdays and they always turned out exactly how I requested. They are fancy and elegant just the way they come. I recommended them to my friend for her her wedding cake and it turned out amazing. My personal favorite is the Dynasty. It’s so decadent. Chocolate cake with white and dark chocolate mousse, raspberry compote, buttercream frosting, white and dark chocolate shavings and plaques.“

“I was really Bumbed out when I went in on Sunday@,Aug 18th on National Ice Cream Pie Day and they had NO ice cream Pies ready and said it would take 15 min to make and then it has to Freeze. When i explained to Julianna (the Manager) that I needed a pie for my "Celebrate Everyday with Amazing Kay" Podcast and I could not wait hours...she agreed to make me a pie right then but said it wouldn't be frozen.
