“We love this bakery! All their treats are 🔥. I especially love the cheesecake and cupcakes. We ordered both our baby shower cakes from here and everyone loved them. I don’t care for a super sugary frosting, theirs is perfectly smooth, the cake is extremely moist. We wanted a pretty basic design but they definitely get a lot more intricate if you want.“

“Finally made it to this beautiful bakery today, and it was a wonderful experience. We were greeted promptly and kindly by Paulette, who answered questions and made suggestions. She was so helpful and engaging. My husband chose a Cinnamon Roll and I chose a Kronut. Both were absolutely delicious. The window display of Jahmyr Gibbs and Amon-Ra St. Brown is next-level, and worth the trip from anywhere, but make sure you go inside and get some awesome treats while you are there. “Friendly and helpful customer service. I bought 3 vegan cupcakes and 4 regular cupcakes and they were a total hit. I needed them for a last minute surprise birthday celebration! They were beautiful and delicious, and everything was under $40. I will be back to try the other items, including the ice cream and other flavors!“

“Stopped by Cold Stone for a sweet treat, and overall it was a good experience. The ice cream was fresh, creamy, and the mix-ins were blended really well. The staff was friendly, and my order was made exactly how I wanted it.
The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that the prices are a little on the high side, and the wait was a bit longer than expected. Still, the quality and taste made it worth the visit. I’d definitely come back when I’m craving premium ice cream.“

“Called ahead for an oreo milkshake as I was in a rush. The gentleman had the shake ready when I walked in and was kind enough to treat my kids to small cups of ice cream on the house. The oreo shake was great and the customer service was even better!“

“We ordered a two tier birthday cake somewhat last minute and the cake was OUTSTANDING and EXCEPTIONAL. The top was a perfect carrot cake. The bottom was vanilla cake with Bavarian cream and fresh strawberries and simply delicious and perfect. Finished with a vanilla buttercream on top. The design was as requested. We will be ordering again!“

“Ran in 5min before closing and was still greeted with a smile and excellent service. This was my first time visiting the Southfield location. There were a few people already in the store lingering but already served. The young lady complemented my earrings. I appreciated the kind gestures and the fact she looked at me. She took my order and commenced to making my strawberry blonde (Love It size). It's genuine customer service that has me return to certain franchise locations. If your quality of product is good but your customer service is awful it's a hard no for me but if both are good consider me a fan. I will return and patronize this location verses downtown which is closer where service can be a hit or miss.“
