“What a hidden gem this place is! The staff is so kind and welcoming. The donuts are absolutely delicious. BUT, the star of the show is their Vietnamese Iced Cofee. My word, theres magic in that Coffee:) You really need to go try it yourself!“

“Took my daughter and her friends for a sweet treat here on her birthday and we LOVED everything about it. The dipped ice cream bars were ahhhmazing. We tried 3 different flavors and all were a hit. I personally had the sweet and salty and I still can’t stop thinking about it a day later. Staff were so kind, patient, and friendly. And the place is picture perfect to document your experience. Can’t wait to visit again with my husband and sons who didn’t join us.“

“I got the Dubai One. And they were not shy 0n the Dubai 💚❤🤎. The funnel cake one was good, wasn't as good as I thought it would be. Caramel apple one is delicious and the fried cookies and cream one was delicious. And the only way that waited on me was super super sweet“

“As soon as my husband and I walked in the door we were instantly greeted and welcomed in. Everyone there was very friendly and very helpful. They were out of one of the cookies that we had wanted to try but we were there later in the day so it makes sense. We always frequent this store because it is always a great experience.“
“OMG!!!!! I first met the brownie Dr. across from the Fisher Theatre. We tried just about everything she had and one of the ushers recently purchased a pecan pie Blondie for me. I was so surprised because I haven't seen any in quite some time. I wish you could just set a table and sell them inside the lobby before the show, you would totally sell out!! Missing you, from a Fisher Fan!!“

“this place is AMAZING! me and my boyfriend come as much as we can.
the icecream is rich, creamy and full flavored.
they're family owned, they're open when the branded competitor isn't. 😏
acknowledge us promptly, and are super attentive, and by the time we order, it's up in the window.
i love the QT. my guy enjoys a oreo milkshake.
it's worth a drive from Pontiac To BHam EVERY. TIME.
thank you to all of the employees of this establishment for keeping things real, consistent and genuine. great treats, even better service.“

“Got the lemon meringue pie, coconut cream pie and the chocolate mousse cake thing. Everything was delicious and exactly what we were looking for. Its a take out situation in a plaza spot so dont go for the “ambiance” like another reviewer…. I’ll definitely order again“

“The staff here had some of the worst customer service I’ve experienced. Everyone looked completely miserable and unwelcoming, and there was no friendly attitude whatsoever. It honestly felt like we were bothering them just by being there. 😕 Customer service makes such a huge difference, and unfortunately, this location really missed the mark. Very disappointing experience.“

“Visiting from out of town and trying something old but new. The menu looks creative and enticing. I chose to try the Bambu Favorite and the Honeydew Milk tea, with the ube waffle. My, do I love the variety of tastes and goodness. The waffle was so good and purple! Worth a try.“

“Shout out to manager Chris!!! My Wife and I had an issue last night with the wait time and service we experienced last night and this afternoon (Next Day) Chris more then made up for the fumble. He was very nice and pleasant and apologetic. An took care of us on the next visit which was moments ago. Thank you sir for handling the situation properly professionally and with care for the customer. Thank you for the genuine care. We will definitely be back the next time we’re in the neighborhood, but probably during day shift hrs Lol“

“A DoorDash driver stole $136 worth of cookies intended for the night shift nurses at a local hospital and JAMIE was amazing and delivered the cookies herself!!! She also called DoorDash herself after myself getting nowhere. It was so sweet and I thank her on behalf of all night nurse out there wanting a sweet treat! Thank you Jamie!!❤❤❤“
