Great experience, the employee dezyris was a tremendous help with helping me over the phone place my order and when I picked up my order she was such a doll 10/100000 her customer service alone I will come back. the other employees weren’t as cheerful and helpful from past experiences but food is always good .
Ordered a medium Maui on my lunch break, I was greeted by Dez who was nothing but smiles & I was out in ten minutes. Way to go Hungry Howies! Keep up the good work & employees!!
I have to compliment the team here tonight. We had a subpar experience the last time we ordered. First off they called us within 24 hours to make it better. Today we reordered and everything was 5 star. The person I spoke to on the phone to order so friendly and made sure we knew how sorry they were about our last order. The food is top notch which is what we normally receive but I wanted to be sure they know how much we appreciate them.
