Came in as a single person, was told to wait to be seated by the hostess. Waited about 30 minutes, when it was my turn to finally be seated a family of 4 walked in and were immediately seated. They didn’t have any reservations or anything of the sort, when I asked why they were seated I was told “They might tip better”. Great service, Briana was great
The perfect experience. Greeted and sat immediately, waitstaff was attentative without being ... omnipresent? And the food was hot and good. Cant ask for more!

IHOP offers great food, with excellent pancakes, and friendly service. The restaurant has some issues with temperature control, and can be understaffed, leading to delays in food service. However, the food is excellent, and the pancakes are a highlight, making it a great spot to bring friends and family. This IHOP makes tables ready for the next guest instantaneously. Despite a huge line, you will get your place very quickly. The lemonade tasted like water, and the coffee caraf/pot was dirty. They should repair the shingles on the roof of the building.
