I experienced an interaction with an employee at this location that will forever remain with me and restored my hopes in humanity. Sometimes grabbing a coffee does exactly what you want: a cup of care.
They have greatly improved the cleanliness of the Cafe. Drive through can be a bit slow because if volume of business. Recommend going inside to order. Some of the staff goes the extra step to greet you by name.
If you get to know everyone here, it really becomes a personal experience when they greet you because they know your name. I also like that they know what drink I want and they make it right almost all of the time. If they make it wrong, ill just say they made it wrong and move on with my day. People need to be understanding. First of all, dont order starbucks knowing you're in a rush, understand that they have to prioritize the drive-thru if you come in. These people work...
