Karen was so helpful and her beautiful smile brightened my day!
Order was wrong twice in one visit and same one other visit, waiter was not happy to make drink to the highest level of Starbucks standards. I ordered a cappuccino half of the cup was all foam large size then not sweetened she also forgot Carmel flavor. 3rd try I asked for clear liquid sweetener. I will not return to this store. I’m very sad to say.
What a downer place! Energy is low-lots of customers waiting-not saying names when your order is ready-drink had melted ice because it took so long-staff didn’t even put them by the proper letter (example: Thomas would be by A)-stopped in due to national coffee day, but this place makes you go to tea elsewhere!

Starbucks Coffee Company is a convenient location with a lovely atmosphere. The staff is amazing, friendly, kind, patient, and sweet, providing great and efficient service. It is a delightful place to get a premium Doppio. The store is easy to enter with wide open space available for wheelchair seating and is kind to children. However, for those wanting to work or study, there are zero outlets. All seating is communal with no small tables.
