On top of that customer service is absolutely amazing…. They have played with my daughter, gave her a band aid, and actual listen and talk to her when I bring her in… and that’s a HUGE win for me! Hands down best loaf of bread, the taste, the fluff all of it is seriously amazing. She also was able to squeeze me in for a last minute order. 100/10 recommend.“

I first tried the place next door (they have “café” in their name), but they didn’t offer Wi-Fi and suggested I try Cannelle instead. Honestly, I’m so glad they did! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly, and the staff was incredibly helpful in guiding me through the menu since it was my first visit. The Tres Leches Cake Crumbl Cookie needs to be illegal in at least 17 states. One bite and I ascended to an emotional plane where I briefly forgave my enemies, remembered childhood birthdays, and questioned if I had ever truly tasted moisture before this moment.

The cookie itself? Buttery, soft, just the right level of dense.
The tres leches topping? Creamy, rich, thick without being cloying — like the center of a good hug or the first time someone sees your worth without you asking.
