They are amazing at this shop where I love to snatch the infamous old world bread right off the shelf. “Ive turned into a sourdough snob and glad we found Rising Joy! My boyfriend has refused sourdough treats but I’ve slowly introduced him to them. He tried the peanut butter chocolate chip cookies and asked how much it would cost and when Bethany could have 100 made😂 He doesn’t like muffins yet loved the blueberry. Hands down best loaf of bread, the taste, the fluff all of it is seriously amazing. She also was able to squeeze me in for a last minute order. 100/10 recommend.“

“This Paris Baguette has an amazing selection of fresh pastries! The Snowman Cream Donuts were adorable and delicious, the Coffee Croissant Donuts were perfectly glazed, and the croissant donuts were soft, flaky, and super tasty. Their savory items like the Ham & Cheese Pastry and Sausage Stick Bread were just as incredible. Everything looked beautiful, tasted fresh, and the bakery was spotless. Highly recommend this place!“

I first tried the place next door (they have “café” in their name), but they didn’t offer Wi-Fi and suggested I try Cannelle instead. Honestly, I’m so glad they did! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly, and the staff was incredibly helpful in guiding me through the menu since it was my first visit. The cookie itself? Buttery, soft, just the right level of dense.
The tres leches topping? Creamy, rich, thick without being cloying — like the center of a good hug or the first time someone sees your worth without you asking.
