“It’s obvious that other reviews complaining about the lack of “prioritizing the drive thru” have never worked in food service or have just been too lazy to get out of the car and see what’s going on inside of the building. I can’t go through the drive thru lane most days because of the height of my work truck. The sheer number of online, drive thru and in shop orders alone is staggering. Most of the time I’m in there no one stops moving, and they still provide excellent service and seem cheerful. People just need to be more patient, or place an online order… you guys literally can’t move faster than humanly possible and it seems people are more self important than they are capable of logic and reasoning to understand how the process really works.“

However, I've never seen such a highly rated sandwich place use processed cheese instead of actual swiss cheese. “I was blessed by Karen, the owner. I didn't look at the hours. I was just told that I could get superman ice cream there on a cone. When I arrived they were closed. I tapped on the window and explained that I was on my way back to NC and would pay double for my ice cream. Even though they hadn't opened yet, she serviced me and wouldn't allow me to pay her. “Delicious shawarma bowls: chicken, beef, falafel or gyro. I haven't tried the cream chop but I know those are good too. The pink Greek dressing can't found everywhere so I like that they have it here. Food is always fresh and they run a very neat and clean kitchen and grill. The staff is always courteous. “This is a terrific little ice cream stand on the fringe of downtown Auburn Hills. They have a vast array of flavors, more so than most IC spots that are primarily soft serve places. We tried the Banana and we added chocolate chips for good measure. It was great. Of course, their classic varieties are also good. Our grandsons tried the chocolate and vanilla (with sprinkles, naturally), respectively, and were quite happy with their choices.

The service was friendly and efficient and their prices were very fair. They have some picnic tables on the grounds where you can sit and enjoy your treats. It was an enjoyable experience and we'll look forward to our next chance to pay a visit.“

“At a recent family birthday celebration, I needed appetizers at the last minute. I went to the right people for help! It was no problem for Kal and Ann! They cheerfully made fresh batches of delicious hummus (two varieties) which came with chips and pita bread. I served that, along with two kinds of their fabulous soup, to my dinner guests. Everyone complimented the delicious food Kal and Ann prepared. If you haven’t tried KAL’s Lunch Bowl, located in the Royal Oak Farmers Market yet, I recommend it. “I have been to this brewery a handful of times and the beers just keep getting better and better. They have a full line up; lighter options, IPA’s, stouts, sours, etc. Every time I go, they have something better than the last time. Yesterday, I visited the brewery and I am in a straight leg brace and crutches after having knee surgery. James, the bartender, was very courteous and helpful, even going as far as bringing me over an extra padded chair to elevate my leg on without me asking. It’s hard to find great service like that anymore. I highly recommend this brewery to anyone.“

Is the size of some other ice cream shops larges if you’ve seen some of my other reviews, the only thing I will say to critique this place is I wish they had more than vanilla and chocolate and that they brought in their seasonal flavors all year around I understand that space can be an issue, but I bet they would make a lot more money if they had orange selling all year around.“
