Went in there this Saturday morning about 1130 got a different assorted dark chocolate, the service was outstanding. She was working alone and answered every question I had about the different types of chocolates. The service was so good I left and came back with a tip for her. She was on the phone, I hope you received the tip I left, I would definitely recommend Alpine chocolates to anybody that travels into Boyne city for chocolates, roasted coconut, marshmallows, and ice cream!
Stopped by for dessert and got a shake and wow was it good. Got the mascarpone and mixed berry icecream in shake form and it was so good I forgot to take a picture before I drank it all. The staff were very friendly.
Whenever I go to Boyne or even the area around there I always stops at Alpine Chocolat Haus. Their fresh made cones are delicious and their caramel apples are to die for! The candies and chocolates are fun but I don’t get to many of those so I’m not one to really talk about them. The service is very nice, even on VERY busy days it’s still only a 5 minute wait max. The inside of the store is nice but a little cramped, but it’s very cozy! I recommend this a hundred times over to Kilwins, their stuff isn’t half as good as Alpine Chocolate Haus.
Vegetarian options: This place a safe for vegans and vegetarians, there are marshmallows and and dairy but there are dairy free options!
Dietary restrictions: It’s easy to customize your food!
Parking: It depend on when you come. If you are wanting a smooth trip when it comes to parking do not come during August! They hold huge festivals and it’s impossible to find a good spot to park.
Kid-friendliness: As long as your kids aren’t trying to run around you should be fine. It a smaller space the can get very noisy very fast so this might be to overstimulating for some tots.
Wheelchair accessibility: The store is small and cramped I don’t recommend for Wheelchair users.
the service, ice cream, and staff were all amazing!! there was a line throughout the entire shop because of boyne thunder and we still were in there for less than 10-15 minutes because of how well the staff works. highly recommend!!
