What a find in downtown Boyne City. The French owner was so nice and everything we ate and drank was delicious. The croissants, quiche and crepes had us wanting more. I'm sure the summer season is super busy but today, it hit the spot!
You don’t want to miss this bakery! We lived in Paris and moved back this past May. We’ve missed a good croissant and pain au chocolat. Gilda’s was amazing! The croissant and pain au chocolat were crunchy and airy. The baguette was also yummy with a good crunch. We also had the banana & Nutella crepe and ham, Swiss, and egg galette. They both were yummy and had lots of toppings. The coffee was also quite good.Our kiddos loved everything and said it tasted like in France...read full review

I thank this place for being in my life. The croissant dough is perfection. The pan au chocolate uses a delicious High quality chocolate. They make a sweetened laminated dough treat, which I cannot remember it's name. (Auirgny? ).. it is AMAZING!!!. The owners are so kind. Try this place!!!! Going back tomorrow for buckwheat crepes!!!!
