This is my favorite bakery EVER! Their crepes are really good (like really x10 good!) and so are their bread, pastries and everything else! The apple-cinnamon crepe is my my favorite if your looking for something to buy:) Great place!
Tres Bien. I came to Boyne city to do some skiing and found this place. They have an impressive assortment of pastries and very tasty savory crepes. I think they’re equally strong in the sweet and savory departments. Please be sure to check out their cream puffs and the apple pastry (Kouign-amann). My bacon/egg/spinach/swiss crepe was impressive, served fresh and piping hot. A few small tables and a small wall counter. It’s like being back in Europe.
I have searched high and low to find a French bakery that compares to Gilda’s near my Grand Rapids home to no avail. My friends and I have been to the area twice for a girls trip and the thing I was most excited about on our return was walking to the bakery to eat crepes for breakfast and taking a pastry to go. I love it so much, my husband and I are taking a weekend away to Boyne City just so I can show him.
